Posted On: 06/04/2025 My previous review I left about not getting any appointment reminder texts or calls to avoid any cancelling appointments that needs to be made 24 hours. They took the time to personally sit down with me to resolve the issue. My husband phone number was the one listed instead of my cell phone number. That's the reason why I am not getting any appointment reminders from calls or texts. I take back my previous review and ratings, they went above and beyond to resolving the issue. I would highly recommend Azari & Zahedi Dental Office to Everyone! Both Doctors and Staff are Great, Patient, and Understanding. Most of all Awesome with Kids! Both my 2 daughters feel comfortable going to the dentist and have a great experience! I am grateful they took the time to take my concern seriously, and explain to resolve any issues or misunderstanding. It shows they value their patients and take pride and love what they do! Posted On: 02/27/2025 Dr. Zahedi has been both of my sons' dentist and has been incredible. Both had serious decay at a young age and Dr. Zahidi was the only dentist in Jacksonville who had enough of a way with the kids for us to trust major work. We went to multiple other dentists first and Dr. Zahedi was the only one who actually took the time to make the child feel safe and comfortable. The kids love to watch cartoons while their teeth are getting cleaned. I love how they explain things so well to the children. I recommend our pediatrician dentist to all our friends.
